Meridienne Dessert Salon is a French inspired patisserie and café in the heart of historic downtown Rogers. Their mission is to create couture cakes, gourmet pastries and desserts made from scratch with whole ingredients that taste as beautiful as they look. Tammy Varney, Co-Owner and head Pastry Chef studied pastry in Northern California while “taking a break” from psychology classes in the Bay Area. She realized that she had a passion for baking and has been creating fine pastries and cakes for over 15 years. In April of 2011 she partnered with Wednesday Arend, who shared her desire to create a unique and authentic dining experience in Northwest Arkansas, and Meridienne was created. In addition to their dessert offerings, Meridienne serves an upscale breakfast and lunch service with menu options kept deliberately small to ensure the best quality bistro fare comes to your plate every day.
